Payment:
- Payment only via direct bank transfers.
- Please note that payment must be received before item is posted.
- Prices on the website are quoted in Singapore Dollars and are non-negotiable.
Postage Costs:
- Free local postage
- Registered mail will cost an additional S$2.00.
- Please specify in your reply email if you have opted for registered mail.
Please note:
Orders sent via Standard Post are not trackable. Fleurissoms recommend registered mail as a more secure mean of postage. Lost parcels will not be refunded or replaced.
Placing an order:
Please email to fleurissoms@gmail.com with the following information -
1. Your name
2. Email address or contact number,
3. State the item(s) name,
4. Normal mail (FREE) /registered mail (additional S$2.00)
5. Mailing Address
An email will be sent to you shortly with payment instructions.
Please send Fleurissoms an email for notification once payment has been made. After verification, parcel will be sent out within 2 working days.
Packaging & Defects:
- Please note that Fleurissoms will not be responsible for lost or damaged items during postage.
- Goods sold are non refundable & non exchangeable.
- Rest assured that items(s) will be properly wrapped, packed and sealed to prevent damage during postage.
- We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged mails, although we will do our best to ensure that items are properly packed. Registered mail is definitely encouraged.
- If the item received are in fact defective, please mail the item back to Fleurissoms, we will try our best to fix it at no additional cost for the materials. However, Fleurissoms will not bear the postage charges incurred. You will have to pay the cost of returning and posting the item back to you.
